Much of Eric's work is inspired by the great outdoors. His bond with garden sculpture ignited upon a visit Kew Gardens in London. The beauty of nature fits perfectly with that of sculpture. Each raises the intensity of the other. Marble is a particularly good material for outdoors because it hardens over time, guaranteeing a life of hundreds of years.
